Showoff (self-titled)

Showoff formed in 1997 in Villa Park, Illinois. The band consisted of Chris Envy (vocals/guitar), Daniel Castady (drums), Graham Jordan (guitar), and Dave Envy (bass). In 1998, Showoff signed with Maverick Records while it was owned by Madonna. This self-titled debut album was released on July 13th, 1999, and marked the very first album produced by now legendary music producer, John Feldman. The single "Falling Star" reached No. 36 on the Billboard Modern Rock charts that same year.

Wish You Were Her

Showoff promptly entered the studio with producer Mark Trombino (Jimmy Eat World) to record their sophomore effort, Wish You Were Her. However, fate had other plans and this album never saw the light of day. Until now, that is. We recently re-gained the rights to this album again, and will be offering it to those who purchase our new album (Midwest Side Story, coming August 28th) free of charge!
